I had an amazing stay at the hotel with stunning views and great amenities. The room was spacious and well-equipped, while the nearby restaurants and bars made it convenient to explore. My stay at the resort was frustrating due to poor service and miscommunication regarding room upgrades. While the beach was lovely and the food at the restaurant was quite good, the overall experience was marred by unhelpfulness from staff and a lack of care for customer satisfaction. The location is nice, but I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

The room was great with a lovely balcony view of the bay, and the pools and beach were well-maintained and not crowded.
