Very nice Pool and Swim-Up Bar

My stay at the resort was frustrating due to poor service and miscommunication regarding room upgrades. While the beach was lovely and the food at the restaurant was quite good, the overall experience was marred by unhelpfulness from staff and a lack of care for customer satisfaction.
